In this series, you'll explore the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—through breathwork, movement, and mindfulness.
You’ll also experience a special 45-minute 5 Element Form session, an ancient, all-standing practice from the Himalayan mountains of Assam, designed to enhance vitality and balance.

Session 1. Earth Element
Earth energy provides stability, strength, and a solid foundation for growth.
By connecting with this element, you cultivate steadiness, resilience, and confidence—allowing you to feel grounded and secure in both body and mind.

Flow with the nurturing, calming energy of Water through Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation).
This meditative practice deepens your breath, soothes the mind, and encourages ease and adaptability, supporting restful sleep and emotional harmony.

Session 3: Fire Element
Ignite your inner power with a dynamic, energizing practice designed to awaken creativity, boost vitality, and strengthen your core.
Fire fuels transformation, giving you the courage and momentum to take action and embrace change.
