USE OF THE WEBSITE

Our Website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. By using our Website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. If you use any of our resources (for example a free trial, podcasts, newsletters, workshop sessions or any other resources we may offer free of charge from time to time) you also agree to be legally bound by this contract as appropriate, excluding the clauses relating to payment.

COPYRIGHT Blue Sky Wellness, (Umbrella Company of The Inner Sanctuary), sell products and services to private individuals. As a buyer of our products and/or services you understand and approve that all material is copyright protected. It is forbidden to film, photograph, or copy the material for yourself or others on your computer or mobile phone. Material available for download on our website may not be shared with others, it is your personal copy of the material. It is forbidden to share your log in with anyone else, it is your personal account.

PRICING

The price is presented in Pounds Sterling (£) including VAT. You will always keep the same price you agreed to when first signing up. You will keep this price as long as your current membership plan is active and running. You will not be affected by any possible price increases. If you switch between membership plans or cancel your membership and later choose to sign up again, you will agree to the current price.

The membership fee is a recurring monthly fee and will be charged through our Payment Gateway Stripe. We are collaborating with Stripe for your safety. Stripe automatically encrypts all sensitive information being sent between your device and their servers. If you wish to read more, please visit www.stripe.com You understand and agree that continued access to the membership requires recurring monthly payments that will be made by you on the day of the month on which you signed up. (For example, if you join the membership on the 5th of the month via monthly membership, you will continue to be charged on the 5th of every month thereafter.) If your payment is not successful on your monthly renewal date, several attempts will be made to complete the transaction. If the transaction continues to fail, your membership will be put on pause until you are able to correct the issue.

STRIPE PAYMENTS

You understand and agree that continued access to the membership requires recurring monthly payments that will be made by you on the day of the month on which you signed up. (For example, if you join the membership on the 5th of the month via monthly membership, you will continue to be charged on the 5th of every month thereafter.)

If your payment is not successful on your monthly renewal date, several attempts will be made to complete the transaction. If the transaction continues to fail, your membership will be put on pause until you are able to correct the issue.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so more than 48 hours before the charge is scheduled to withdraw. Any requests for cancellation made less than 48 hours before the automatic renewal is scheduled to charge your card, or made subsequent to the charge, will take effect the following month.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have purchased access to the membership during a period in which a free month(s), or trial period was granted, you understand that you will be automatically charged the full monthly amount following the end of the trial period. You will not be given any additional notice regarding the end of the trial period. By checking the box on the purchase page confirming your agreement to these Terms, you also confirm you are given your unequivocal, clear, affirmative consent to your agreement with these automatic renewal terms, the cancellation policy, and that you understand how to cancel before your card is charged for the following month.

TRIAL PERIOD

REFUND POLICY

Blue Sky Wellness is not able to offer refunds once you have purchased access to the membership for any reason. If you are dissatisfied with your membership or otherwise unable to view it in its entirety, you may reach out to hello@the-inner-sanctuary.com or may elect to Cancel via the CANCELLATION POLICY outlined in our Terms and Conditions, and will not be charged for subsequent months. You further agree and understand that changing your mind about the membership, failing to follow through or understand the details of the membership, not experiencing the results you expected or desired, or experiencing any other similar situations does not entitle you to a refund.

CORRECT INFORMATION

Every member of the platform is responsible for keeping their member profiles updated with the correct information regarding themselves, their payment and contact info. Blue Sky Wellness LTD disclaim all liability regarding this point.

We will not transfer your personal information unless we give you advance written notice or need to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and/or enforce our agreements. All live sessions will be recorded and will be available to you through the membership. HEALTH AND WELLNESS - risks and responsibilities During our sessions, all instructors, shall only provide instruction that we are qualified to give and we shall use all reasonable care and skill to ensure the best outcome possible for your health and wellbeing. However, you must not rely on any information or guidance we provide to you as an alternative to medical advice from your doctor or healthcare provider and we expressly exclude all responsibility, and shall have no liability, for any damages, loss, or injury suffered by you or any third party as a result of your participation in our sessions or your reliance on any information or guidance we provide to you. It is your responsibility to check with your GP or healthcare provider before you start any new exercise regime. It is also your responsibility to judge your physical, mental and emotional capabilities for exercise and coaching sessions. It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in any sessions and other resources in the membership, you will not exceed your limits while performing such activity, and you will select the appropriate level of activity for your skills and abilities, as well as for any mental or physical conditions and/or limitations you have. We would not recommend being a member during pregnancy, as this is not a pregnancy specific platform. Any Energy work/ coaching session is provided for informational purposes only, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your GP or other qualified health professional before starting any new treatment or making any changes to existing treatment. Do not delay seeking or disregard medical advice based on information received in an energy work or coaching session.
